Ingredients

• 1.5 kg Weyn's Kastanjehonig (chestnut honey, from shop in Brugge, Belgium)
• 1 tsp yeast nutrient
• filtered water to make 1 gallon
• ~1/4 pkg Red Star Champagne yeast
