Coffee Koffiebloesem Metheglin

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Weyn's Koffiebloesem honey (coffee blossom honey from Weyn's honey shop in Brugge, Belgium)
  • 2 c coffee connection Papua New Guinea coffee
  • 1 tsp yeast nutrient
  • filtered water to make 1 gallon
  • ~1/4 pkg Red Star Champagne yeast

Notes

opened 11 Feb 2000 -- Has a crisp character not unlike chocolate covered espresso beans, delicious. Definitely worth the trip back to Belgium to acquire more honey.
