Lavender Metheglin
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Moorland New England Wildflower honey
- 1 oz dried lavender blossoms
- 1/4 tsp citric acid
- 1/2 tsp tannin
- 1 tsp Yeastex nutrient
- filtered water
- Pasteur Champagne Yeast
Instructions
Boil honey + 1/2 gallon water for 10 minutes. Put blossoms, citric acid, tannin, and nutrient in carboy. Pour hot honey mixture into carboy, top with water. Add yeast at room temp.
