Mab's Ride

A spiced cyser dedicated to Mab

Ingredients

• 2 gallons fresh cider
• 3 lbs Moorland wildflower honey
• cinnamon stick
• whole nutmeg
• whole allspice
• decorticated cardamom seeds
• whole cloves
• 1 tsp yeast nutrient
• Red Star Pasteur Champagne yeast

Instructions

Steep cider, honey, yeast nutrient and spices for 30 minutes at 180 degrees F. Strain out spices, or take out cheesecloth bag, and add to liquid in carboy.

Took a long time to age out the medicinal taste the cloves added, but definitely worth it.
