Ingredients
InstructionsBoil honey w/ 6 pints of water for 10 minutes. Pour over oak leaves and let stand overnight. Add nutrient, yeast, and citric acid.

NotesThe oak leaves were picked after a dry spring, from the Nothern/Western side of the banks of the Mill River, in Northampton MA. Refrigerated overnight in a tied plastic bag. They were ~10 oz by weight (dry), and were washed before use. Still rather cloudy at bottling, but interesting flavor. |
