Ingredients
- 3 lbs Moorland Wild Raspberry honey
- 2 qts After the Fall Apple Raspberry juice
- 1 tsp. yeast nutrient
- 1/3 pkg Red Star Pasteur Champagne yeast
- water to make 1 US gallon

Notes
Slightly cloudy at bottling. Nice, sweet, still young. Might be nicely balanced by acid or tannin next time. Maintains raspberry flavor very nicely.
