Spiced Apricot

Ingredients

  • 2 qts After the Fall Apricot Juice
  • 3 lbs Moorland Orange Blossom honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp yeast nutrient
  • water to make a gallon
  • Red Star Champagne Yeast

Instructions

Boil honey with about a quart or less water for 10 minutes. Mix with cold juice in the carboy; top it off with water. Yeast nutrient and cinnamon added after.
