Strawberry Kiss

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Moorland fruit bloom honey
  • 1/2 gal. After the Fall Apple Strawberry juice
  • 1 tsp yeast nutrient
  • water to make one gallon
  • 1/4 pkg Red Star Pasteur Champagne Yeast

Instructions

Boil honey, water, and yeast nutrient for 10 minutes. Add to cold juice in fermenter. Add softened yeast when cool.

Notes

The flavor can even stand up to the raw alcohol at bottling time. Should also be great sparkling.
