Ingredients

  • 1 kg. Superbee Australian Tea Tree honey
  • 1 lb Moorland clover honey
  • 1 tsp yeast nutrient
  • water to make 1 US gallon
  • 1/3 pkg Pasteur champagne yeast

Notes

Tasted at bottling -- "vanilla-e" and creamy, reminiscent of those caramels w/ the white centers. Very smooth. This is going to be awesome when it ages.
